Bulb corduroy, as its name implies, is named for its granular effect similar to that of a bulb. Bulb corduroy circulates on the market with nylon, polyester and cotton, usually 6 or 8, which are elastic. Nylon-polyester bulb corduroy is made by adding spandex into warp yarn. The proportion of components is 87% polyester, 10% nylon and 3% spandex. In high temperature cylinder dyeing, natural shrinkage forms longitudinal bubbles. Cotton elastic bulb corduroy, component ratio: 97% cotton, 3% spandex, is mostly washed by water washing plant, high temperature ring drying to form bubbles.
